ABOUT ME! HELLO! I'm Jess Bright! I live to create and capture every special moment that I can . From a young age I have always loved art and that longing to produce meaningful content has never ended. I love to travel and explore and my camera is never far from me wherever I go. Family means everything to me. I am blessed to have my own little girl and truly understand the importance to capturing every little moment as they grow. You only get married once and your little ones won't stay tiny forever so I believe in capturing the moment whilst you can. My work is a true reflection of interests: capturing and preserving the love and special moments in your life. Using soft lighting and a delicate colour scheme to compliment my clients homes. I am based at my home studio Bristol for all my newborn, family and cake smash sessions, however travelling has always been a passion of mine and so no matter where in the world you are getting married I will happily follow! Ideal for small ceremonies and afternoon weddings, this package will provide you with a minimum of 200 high quality edited images sent via an online gallery for guests to enjoy as well as a USB stick to keep your precious memories forever. ​ £655 LILY Up to 7 consecutive hours photographic coverage. Perfect for afternoon ceremonies through to evening reception. This package will provide you with a minimum of 350 high quality edited images sent via an online gallery for guests to enjoy as well as a USB stick of all the images to remember your special day. ​ £1000 PEONY Up to 10 hours photographic coverage. This package is designed to capture every moment of your special day from morning preparations through to your first dance. A minimum of 550 high quality edited images sent via an online gallery for your guests to enjoy as well as a USB stick to keep your photographs together always. ​ £1300 HIBISCUS Are you planning on getting married outside of England & Wales? Did you know that I will photograph your wedding day for free if you pay my travel expenses for your destination wedding? No matter where in the world you are tying the knot I will be there! DESTINATION BLOSSOM Build your own bespoke package with the hours that you would like, this is ideal for very small weddings or unique elopements and settings and also covers any pre-wedding or after parties. TIPS BEFORE YOUR PHOTOSHOOT Here are some handy tips and information ahead of your photo session so you know what to expect and bring with you on the day! Family Photo Session Family photo sessions last up to one hour. During this time there will be the opportunity for sibling/parent and child/individual and group photos. I highly re commend wearing white, black or neutral coloured clo thing for these shots and I have a bathroom you can change in if you wish to bring these clothes with you. You are welcome to bring an extra outfit with you also, however this will only be possible if time allows. If your little one dribbles a lot it may be worth bringing a spare top for them. Newborn Photo Session Newborn sessions last up to 2 hours, you will need to bring with you plenty of milk and nappies as your little one may need more milk top ups than normal! Please also feed your little one before your session. Please also pack any special toys or clothing items that you would like in the photos. ​ During the session there will be time at the end for parent and sibling photos. I highly recommend wearing white, black or neutral coloured clothing for these shots and I have a bathroom you can change in if you wish to bring these clothes with you. ​ For older siblings it may be worth bringing non messy treats and something to entertain them in-between and post photos. Cake Smash Photo Session Your cake smash session will last up to one hour, this includes photos of your little one enjoying their cake, followed by photos of them chilling out after in a little bubble bath! ​ Please bring with you: an outfit for the cake smash (ideally something that you don't mind getting messy/stained), A towel and clean outfit for afterwards. ​ If you have chosen to bring your own cake this will need to be brought with you on the day. ​ If you have chosen a professionally baked cake, this will be delivered ahead of your photo session to my studio. Mini Photo Sessions Mini photo sessions will take anywhere between 20 - 30 minutes (unless stated differently in the booking notes). ​ I recommend wearing white, black or neutral coloured clothing for your photo session. If your little one dribbles a lot it may be worth bringing a spare top for them. ​ For ''Fairy' and 'Toy Story' you may wish to bring your little one in their normal clothes and change them into their costume at the shoot. For 'First Day' mini sessions you may wish to bring your child's school book bag/fleece/cardigan or anything else with their school logo on to add into images. ​ You may also wish to bring small edible treats for your little ones. I recommend something that isn't messy or involves being held like white chocolate buttons or raisins etc. Beach Mini Session Beach mini sessions are super limited and take place at a gorgeous sandy beach just outside of Bristol, for this session I advise families wear white clothing as this looks very fresh and summery. ​ Due to the beach being down a slight path I advise you do not bring push chairs to this session due to wheels in the sand. ​ Dogs are welcome all year round at this beach so please feel free to bring your well behaved dogs to your session. ​ The car park is just a one minute walk from the beach and I will meet you at the entrance to the beach directly opposite the car park. Christmas Mini Session Your Christmas mini session is up to 30 minutes long, this allows time for family/sibling and individual photos. ​ I have a different backdrop every year and will share an image of this backdrop in July. ​ I highly recommend, white, natural or red coloured clothing and will share clothing inspiration in the lead up to winter on my instagram story, please message me if you have any questions or would like a copy of this or the backdrop.
